Dwayne Ballen is an award-winning broadcaster, interviewer, author and producer. Founder of Black Ruby Media — his production banner — he hosts live events, develops original programming, and speaks nationally on autism advocacy through his book Journey With Julian.

Dwayne Ballen has spent more than three decades in American broadcasting as an anchor, play-by-play announcer, reporter and interviewer. His work is known for depth over volume — conversations that reach past talking points to the people behind them. He is the author of Journey With Julian, an account of raising his son with autism that made him a sought-after speaker for corporate, healthcare, education and faith audiences. Today he develops original programming under his production banner, Black Ruby Media, a company developing scripted, unscripted and documentary programming alongside his hosted franchises.
